In a supported build, open the online identity and progress-sharing section in Settings, choose “Delete server identity” and confirm. This removes the online identity, sessions and progress summary while keeping your local game save. Switching sharing off or uninstalling does not delete the server record. Deletion requires a connection; an offline error is not completion, so retry when connected.
If you cannot access the app, use the email link below to request deletion of your Rigvello identity and data. Include only your player ID in the initial message. Never send a recovery code, access/refresh token, game save code, password or card details. A player ID alone is not proof of ownership; ownership must be securely verified before any deletion. This page does not perform automatic web deletion or promise deletion based only on an ID.
If commercial records are attached, the current automatic action stops and the request needs support assessment. Necessary transaction records and removable identity/progress information must be handled separately. Real purchases remain disabled; this protection does not mean a real payment took place.

Where is my game saved?
In the current development version, progress is stored on your device. There is no automatic cross-device cloud save. You can create a portable backup yourself using the in-game save code feature.
How do I keep my progress when changing phones?
Keep an up-to-date save code from your old device somewhere safe. Back up any existing save on the new device before importing. Do this before uninstalling the app or deleting its data.
Do Crystals make production faster?
Crystals are for cosmetic appearances. Cosmetics do not boost production, power or in-game dollar balances. Ads and Crystal pack flows in the current development version are demos and do not take real payments.
Where can I download Rigvello?
App Store and Google Play preparations are in progress. We are not sharing a public download link yet. This website has no download or preregistration form.
